As part of stringent quality measures, milk required for processing VITA products is procured from Dairy Cooperative Societies only. It is ensured that the milk is transported to chilling centers and plants in clean and sterilized milk cans as quicklyas possible. All quality measures as per Standard of Bureau of Indian Standards/Agmark are being applied before the products are marketed. Well-equipped laboratories are functioning in the chilling centers and milk plants to maintain ideal quality standards.

The Haryana State Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited (HDDCF) came into life in the year 1973 to improve dairy farming in the state of Haryana. The primary aim was to provide a lucrative milk market to the state milk producers by value addition and marketing of produce.

The Vita Milk Union provides Rs. 1100 as a wedding gift (Kanyadaan) to the daughter of any registered society member associated with the Milk Union Sirsa, on the occasion of her marriage.
To avail of this scheme, registered society members should fill out a form and submit it to their respective society secretary.
If the son or daughter of a registered society member scores 80 percent or more marks in the tenth or twelfth grade, the milk union provides a scholarship of ₹2100 and ₹5100 respectively to the son or daughter of that registered member.
To avail of this scheme, the registered member has to submit an application to the concerned society.
The Haryana government, through the milk federation, provides milk producers with a Chief Minister’s Milk Incentive Scheme, under which ₹5 per liter is deposited directly into the bank accounts of milk producers via DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) from April to September 30th, and ₹3 per liter from October to March 31st.
If a daughter is born in the home of any registered society member, The dugdh sangh will deposit Rs 11000 , account in the daughter’s name with an initial deposit . This scheme is available for up to two daughters.
To avail of this scheme, the registered member must inform their village committee, where they are registered, in writing as soon as the daughter is born. They should then prepare the required documents and submit them to the concerned committee.
